We will be set-up in the private dining room on the second floor of the restaurant. The first 20 people to come will WIN a 2016 'Working the Water' calendar!

Factors Row - Farm to table Chesapeake Cuisine is the focus of Factors Row and chef Keith Long. Chef Keith just returned to Annapolis after a year of cooking with celebrity chef Bryan Voltaggio at Family Meal. Annapolis is lucky to have Keith's talent and wonderful personality back in town.

Broadwater Seafood - Oysters grown by Jimmy Kelly in the pristine waters of Hog Island Bay, a body of water on the seaside of the Virginia's Eastern Shore, will be served raw on the half-shell. Each of Jimmy's 'Broadwater Salts' come with a blast of sea salt and a smooth sweet finish. Expert shucker Tom Price of Oyster Recovery Partnership will be opening the delicious bivalves. All of the shells will be recycled to support ORP's restoration efforts.

Lyon Distilling - Lyon Distilling Company is Maryland's premier craft distillery. Distiller Ben Lyon produces truly artisan spirits by hand in small batches, using the traditional pot stills. Co-Owner Jaime Windon will be the guest bartender, serving Dark and Stormy's featuring their 90-Proof Dark Rum and Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

Roy Pitz Brewing - Liquid Art is an expression of craftsmanship. Roy Pitz brewmasters, with the use of the finest barley, hops and yeast create a balanced piece of art in the liquid form. Our guest artist Will Hemsley's work is featured on the labels. Roy Pitz will be bringing a sampling of their freshest seasonal and flagship brews.

Ivy City Smokehouse - The newest addition to Washington DC's restaurant scene is changing the way that the nations capital eats seafood. Their in-house smoked Atlantic Salmon, known on the streets as 'Indian Candy' will be a featured appetizer. This smoked fish is so good, it will change the way you think about seafood.
